If the bad pdf files are on my site, please let me know.

In any case, you should be able to "right click" on the midi file and do a
"save as" from your browser.

Be aware that making a reasonably good piece of sheet music from a MIDI file
is _hard_; MIDI files have the notes, timing, and dynamics but editing the
notation for readability (never mind just getting triplets to show up
correctly) is difficult.
