This may be useful information...

....I contacted Henri Bok, who tells me his book is being distributed here
[the States] by Hal Leonard. My e-mail to them of several days ago remains
unanswered or even acknowledged.

Henri tells me that if I draw a blank with Leonard [and he is curious to
know the results of my inquiry!] the book can be obtained from him direct
[the Netherlands].

If anyone has identified a State-side source for Henri's book, please let
us know.
