The Thurston & Frank tutor says that you shouldn't change your embouchure
for different notes or registers. This seems a practical impossibility
with real instruments. Perhaps, though, if you need to do it *a lot* (to
be in tune, or even jsut to get the note, in the altissimo register), it's
a sign you need a different reed and/or mouthpiece.
