When I was studying I spoke with a Fijian dental student about choral =
singing in Fiji. Choral singing apparently has a strong tradition in =
fiji. They are taught the different tunes/harmonies by the choirmaster =
using the Solfege system with a moveable Do because they are unable to =
read music. A very practical use of moveable Do.
