Not understanding shouldn't _ever_ be embarrasing! That's the what
I try to instill in the people working for me - look things up, and
then ask for help if you don't understand.

Solfeggio uses the Do-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La-Ti-Do syllables for a 8 tone
scale. However, I don't know how you'd solfedge a 12-tone scale
other than making up a few more syllables. When my son brings his
solfedge book home late this month I'll learn more. I only learned
very basic solfeggio back in high school (in an after-school choir).
