I thought that virii only did that when exposed to extreme
temperatures...amazing what you learn on the Klarinet list.

I know that the ones that cause cold and flu usually don't though...
It was an argument in one of my Biology classes. The teacher finally found
some information...he also said that peroxide didn't kill the germs, just
helped to clean the wound.

I didn't know that oxygen would kill Bacteria though. Interesting...

O well...not to belabor the subject...

After reading some discussions about the oiling of bores on the double reed
list I wondered what the Klarinetters think. Does oiling the bore of a
wooden clarinet increase the likeliness of cracking?
