Tim,

Playing vibrato in that piece depends on where and when it came from.
In some parts of the world vibrato is used widly in classical clarinet
playing. In the U.S. it is used sparingly. Here, vibrato is mostly
used in popular clarinet playing.
Make sure you know what kind of vibrato is appropriate, if you need it.
Jaw vibrato is used in large clarinets and in jazz, so it may not be for
that particular piece. Diaphragm vibrato is used by the finest artists
but is very very difficult to produce. Throat vibrato is used by French
clarinetists and requires little teaching.
