Of course, you could always experiment with the overblown open G for a
high D......much better in tune and more stable.........the other
overblown notes:

Throat Ab = high Eb
Throat A = high F
Throat Bb = high Gb

top finger F# = high C#

There are others.........but these should start you off. On bass
clarinet, they are an absolute must.
