This, of course, leads me to the question: On such occasions does anyone
use a double case designed for B-flat and E-flat clarinets? (Like others, I
use a double case for my A and B-flat and carry my E-flat in its own case
when I need it.)
--------------------

I have a Wiseman case and it is absolutely wonderful. I have had it for
about a year and I have three insertes (A, Bb, and Eb). So when I play in a
concert band I can bring the Eb and Bb and if I play in an orchestra it
serves as a normal double case (with the Eb in its original case). His cases
are quite expensive, but I think worth the price. They are stunning to look
at and the most luxurious case you have ever seen (and durable). It also
turns a lot of heads. No regrets here.
