but a quick check of the character map- in windows it is usually under
accessories- and the keystroke will be given for all available characters.
I don't know if this will transfer correctly to the list- I guess I'll find
out when this posts.

The question was asked about the clarinet and "three part chords," it is
indeed possible to produce multiple tones on the clarinet. These are known
as multiphonics and following are some references.

Bartolozzi, Bruno. New Sounds for Woodwind. London: Oxford, 1980.
Rehfeldt, Phillip. New Directions for Clarinet. Rev. ed. Berkeley:
University of California Press, 1994.

The Bartolozzi is an early work covering woodwinds in general. The
Rehfeldt (sp?) is specific to clarinet and very interesting.
