To all saxophone players:

Researchers at the University of North Texas are continuing their
studies of musician health issues. An article on medical problems of
clarinet players will be published in Summer 1998, and additional
studies on flute, saxophone, and double reeds are planned.

Information is being collected via a World Wide Web survey. The survey
is completely anonymous and seeks information regarding demographics,
physical problems, and social issues. Survey completion takes about 10
minutes and may be done from your personal computer.

Although several thousand musicians have responded to the survey, we are
still lacking sufficient responses from saxophone players. If you play
saxophone (classical or jazz), please consider taking the survey. Your
participation would be most helpful and appreciated. Results will be
reported within the upcoming months.
