Actually, the contrabass sax has a ring for a neck strap. These horns
weigh about 45 pounds (20 kilos?). Don Stevens of the Nuclear Whales plays
one, wearing a neckstrap, while dancing and twirling around on stage.
Miraculously, he manages to avoid knocking anyone off the stage. Worth the
price of admission alone!
