Well, there are several tricks. It all depends on where the C# is. If
it's in a fast passage, opening both hands for the duration of a sixteenth
is piece of cake; my thumb and mouth can handle it for a whole third of a
second. ^_^ If it's for a pretty long duration, I hook my right index
finger around the F# key and with my left, I stretch over the keys and
grab onto the rods.
