You marched with a bari for an entire day without a neckstrap?! How strong
are your wrists? I can't even play mine sitting down for more than half an
hour without a neckstrap! Mind you, my bari is nearly as big as me (I'm
5'2'' and have the build to go with it). OK, alto sax and bass clarinet I
can understand, but a bari? By the way, if you haven't already tried it,
the best neckstrap I've ever used on bari is the Neotech harness. Sure,
when I used it in a show, one of the crew asked me if I was into
rockclimbing (!) but it is a fantastic strap.
