Hi Folks.

Just wanted to know if anyone from the list or someone's student will be
performing at Carnegie Hall with the Mid-America Productions National Wind
Ensemble. I will be there from May 20th through May 23rd for the rehearsals
and performance.

My son, (one of six children), is a senior in high school and was selected
as one of the two alto saxophones in the Wind Ensemble. I also have another
student, who is presently a Junior in high school, who will be a member of
the clarinet section. The competition, by the way, was between high school
and college students! Needless to say, I'm very proud of both boys!!!

So we'll be hopping a plane from New Orleans to the "Big Apple". Needless
to say as well, as the old fuddy duddy teacher of the boys, I don't get to
play!

In case any of you on the list are playing, my son's name is Sean
Schexnayder and my clarinet student's name is Ben Stonaker. It would be
great is someone there knew their names!
