Subj: [kl] Identifying an old clarinet

I have an old (?) Bb clarinet, wooden (including mouthpiece). It has
NO marks of any kind to indicate builder, serial number, model, etc.

It has 4 rings and 12 keys. Register key is on bottom, not on top as
most Alberts. There are no rollers on any of the pinky keys.
Almost all assembly is with pins, not screws. All keywork is brass.
A fingering chart for "14 and 15-key" clarinets works pretty well
(i.e., it uses a "fork F" fingering).

Looks cheaply made.

Who made this? When? Where? If you don't know, who's a good curator
to ask?
