Two pieces I remember from my clarinet choir days in high school are Eine
Kleine Nachtmusik and Cosi fan Tutti. Eine K.N. might be a little
unchallenging for college level, but Cosi might be good... It's been years
and I don't really remember the difficulty levels...

Looking at the Dorn Publications Clarinet Catalog I can find Eine Kleine
published (each mvt separately) for $48.00 total and the Overture to Cosi
for $18.00.
