I have a recording of the Mozart Duet KV 423 with Perlman, and Zukerman
playing. Dave Hite sent it to me of the 2 Violins playing the Duets that he
transcribed in the book Seven Grand Concert Duets (Haydn, Mozart, Crusell,
Klose/Southern Music Published them). Is that the correct KV. #?
In addition, I have the KV 317 recorded by Hans R. Stadler, and Karl Leister.
Jecklin-Disco 549-2 is the #.
Long time ago, Drucker did a recording of some Mozart Duos a la Music Minus
One (not the actual label). I have that somewhere (old L.P.)

this isn't Klarinet and Klavier (Kl. and Kl.), but Klarinet and Klarinet
(Kl. and Kl.) (ha ha). Mozart wrote six(?) duets, probably originally for
2 Violins. I have this set for 2 Cl, and I've never heard a recording done
on either instrument. I don't have the K.#, but I'll be in a place where I
can get it in 4-5 days.

ps - eventually I'll be done with my "Amadeus" symphony (classical style)
including a clarinet part, and it definitely hasn't been recorded. I need
some help figuring out how to compose this. If there are any great, easy
materials on classical composing rules, I'd love to find them; thanks.
