I am sure it is an alto clarinet. I have never heard of a Bundy basset horn
(or any other student level basset horn). (Most ? All) Modern basset horns
also go down to low C and it is kind of hard to miss all those extra keys.

Subject: [kl] Bassett horn

Can someone help me identify a Selmer Bundy horn S/N 6333? It measures
27" from the top of the body where the neck attaches to the bottom of
the bell, which is shaped like an alto or bass clarinet bell. It was
represented as being a bassett horn which I assumed was in the key of F.
However, when playing a C on the horn the sound is an Eb. What do I have
here?
Respectfully,
