One of my lower incisors had a sharp corner that jutted just a half mm or so
above the rest of my teeth and abraded the inside of my lower lip when I
practiced for long stretches. A little BZIT-BZIT from the dentist's drill (or
is it a Dremel tool?) was all that was needed to smooth things over. Cosmetics
wasn't a concern for me but being able to play longer and in greater comfort
was utmost. I say, "Go for it!"
