Well, I don't know about which fingering to use for high A on Eefer, my
best advice is to keep experimenting with variations of the "standardized"
Bb clarinet fingerings.
Tristan Carpenter
P.S.- My orch.'s also doing Outdoor Overture; I'm playing first clarinet,
and although it only goes up to high F#, it is tough because I spends a lot
of time tounging (sometimes fast) high notes. (Woah, that sentence wasn't
coherant!!!!) :)

Hadcock (Rocorp Publications). I just did Mahler No. 1 on Eefer tonight,
and having the chart of alternate fingerings in that book saved my butt.
