My thanks to all of you who have endured this message over the past
month! This is the last time.

Howard Klug will hold a 2 day seminar for advanced players and teachers,
"How to Diagnose and Fix Just About Any Clarinet Playing Problem..."
such as: Tips for tonguing, producing a great tone, short-cuts to
figuring out reeds, teaching musicality, structuring practicing and
lessons.

Saturday, May 16, 1 PM to 5 PM
Sunday, May 17, 9 AM to 1 PM

Fee of $100 includes a 110 page notebook of pedagogical materials
outlining a course of study, typical performance problems, solutions
and exercises. Remittance by check payable to Howard Klug, sent to this

All levels of clarinetists are welcome and you may participate as an
observer or as a performer.

Howard Klug is Professor of Clarinet at Indiana University. He has been
the Pedagogy Editor of "The Clarinet" magazine since 1986 and his
articles on clarinet playing have appeared in, The Instrumentalist,
NACWPI Journal, BDGuide, Leblanc Bell and Windplayer. Klug has
presented an extensive number of clinics, lectures and performances
around the world. A former member of the U.S. Air Force Band in
Washington, D.C., Howard Klug has also performed with the Grant Park
Symphony, Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and the Columbus Symphony
Orchesrta.
