The Milhaud Duo Concertant is published by Heugel which is part of Alphonse
Leduc in Paris...which you can get in the states from Theodore Presser in
PA.
I've played it before and it's great stuff to look at.
Sorry I don't know about the sax piece, although my hunch is try Presser.

I just did "Persuasion" with concert band accompaniment. Published by
Studio PR, c/o CPP Belwin.
