YES!! YES!! I'm playing a Bundy at the moment, for lack of a nicer bass to
play, and I agree totally. Its lower register is pretty good, but the upper
register is awful. I'm doing my best to get my orchestra to get a Selmer,
but they don't seem to be very keen.

I've been playing professionally on the Bundy, which I don't enjoy doing.
Nobody has been overly critical, but I don't know if many people knew it was
a Bundy. It hasn't seemed to affect the amount of work I've been getting,
but I could be wrong.
