What's really sad is that your budget has decreased instead of increased.
Administrative personnel can really change things.....

But you are right....publishers are really making money. Look at Hal
Leonard and Arrangers Publishing.....$45-60 for each 2 minute marching
band tune......and they sell more of that than anything else.
