Roger G:

I think that was just a great example of eloquence. I'm so glad you
shared all those examples with us. <to be read in sarcastic tone of
voice>

Have you ever heard that often, one finds the problems in others that
one has themselves? I can't say that I've found your position to be any
less flexible than what you consider Jonathan's to be.
I know many people complain about the topics of messages, and I try to
keep open minded, but when it comes to personal attacks, it seems to me
to be out of place.

So if you and Jonathan enjoy battling with words, we all have private
email addresses. I doubt messages with a specific reader in mind need
to be sent to the entire list to show that you are right. Accept the
differences silently to the public and if you must debate privately.

The discussion of auditions was one thing, (which I happened to find
interesting), but the personal attacks, on all sides, are another, and
are unneccesary.

Please increase your maturity levels and think before posting.
No one likes flame wars.

Michael
