Roger, Cindy can offer her view. That she might not know that we
have hashed this one out several times, is not a reason to suggest
that the topic is unworthy of further discussion or that she should
not contribute on this matter.

Some topics appear on this list constantly and newer people have a right
to purse those topics that might interest them or topics on which they
feel they can contribute.

Our objective here should be to invite opinion and not shut it down,
though you are correct about there being a great deal in the archives
on this topic.
