What you have is a transcription of the Oboe Concerto in C Major, usually
attributed to Haydn, but its authenticity is now doubted my musicologists.
Your version has been transposed down a major 2nd into the concert key of
Bb, thereby leaving the clarinet (or soprano saxophone) in the original
key of C. For recordings, look in a catalog such as Schwann, under
"Haydn" and "Concerto in C Major for Oboe."
