I think what you have there is one of the Mozart Duets for two
clarinets edited by Drucker and published by International Music
Company. In my book, #5 (V) starts with an allegro agitato section
(first clarinet part with top of the staff "e" quarter note, dotted
eighth, sixteenth, to a quarter note tied to a sixteenth note run).
According to the note, this is originally from the Sonata in A minor,
K310 for piano (1st and 3rd movements).
