Whoa, whoa, whoa!! Watch your words there! I'm one to admit that I've
been enjoying the discussions recently about orchestra audition practices,
but there's a line that shouldn't be crossed. When the discussions turn
ugly (which they are starting to now, kind of...), that's where it becomes
more of a personal attack back and forth, and that is definitely not
something we really need. As my roommate, Shouryu Nohe, put it, the
Klarinet list is here for us to help each other out, not to put each other
down. I love the opposing view points, but GT, really, when the sides
start fighting and flame wars break out, that's where the line really
needs to be drawn. Peace is not boring -- flame wars, however, are. And
hopefully, none of that will happen here. Choose your words carefully, GT
(I don't recall a name right now, but I have a failing memory!). Let's
keep it clean. Discussion, definitely. Bickering, no.

(Under construction always because I have NO TIME to do anything with it!)

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to
see it, do the other trees make fun of it?

If an elephant falls, which suffers more: the elephant or the ground?
