Some of the pieces my high school students have performed over the years
with a solid success rate (quality performance, accessible for a varity
of levels, etc.) include the Rabaud Solo de Concours, the Weber
Concertino, Osborne Rhapsody, Stamitz Concerto No. 3, Saint Saens Sonata
(may not fit in to your price limits)...
