The issue never was what one member can do......it is how one goes about
getting that one member. That can be achieved without inviting 200
people....and to an orchestra, that IS cost effective. Even Jonathan can
see that! If he can't there is a bit of denial going on.

And there are many qualified people to be that player.....usually not the
inexperienced one.
