After reading all the discussions on B45 mouthpieces, does anyone know the
difference between the B45 and the B45. (it has a "dot" after the B45)? My
teacher highly recommended the B45. and I have been playing on a B45.
(Profile 88, Optimum lig, and V12 3 1/2 reeds) for 6 months now and I
really like it. I was playing on a Vandoren 5RV Lyre. The spec sheets
show the same tip opening (1.195mm) and facing (21.5mm) for both the B45
and the B45..
