Hello,

I just subscribed to this list and want to introduce myself.
My name is Christian Budde, I live in germany and have studied process
engineering (now working at the university of Essen, 'Ruhrgebiet').
Of course, I am playing the clarinet, but I never tried to become a
professional. I started at about the age of 13 (now I am 28), and now
play in an 'amateur'-orchestra.

For the moment, I have no specific question. I hope I will find
interesting discussions here and perhaps learn some things I did not
know about the instrument and related stuff.
