A method I've seen used by several people is using cigarette paper or (if
it's available) a swab, but only between movements or pieces. I try to
avoid making noise during a concert (although some of you who went on that
San Antonio expedition know that that practice was kind of not followed at
Trinity... *beep, beep, beep*), and thus using a swab or cig. paper really
keeps the noise levels down.
