Fred, as part of my sabbatical project, the Gigliottie P was one of the
mouhtpieces I measured and refaced. I found that I had the best luck
refacing this particular mouthpiece. The measurements were such a close
tip opening and a short curve, I could hardly project on the thing until I
opened it up a little, lengthened the curve, and adjust the tip rails.
Because of opeining it up, I also had to adjust the baffle - it was a bit
stuffy to begin with anyway. I had some very good luck with it......but I
know what you mean.
