Imagine what the clerks thought when I went in and bought a whole
case of OCB brand papers (no glue). Many of my students are under 21 and
cannot legally buy tobacco products in New Mexico or any other state, for
that matter.
When I was teaching public schools in a very small town,
population 667, in Northern Minnesota, I would NOT buy them locally and
even when I bo ght them from a neighboring community I told them it was to
soak up the excess oil when I oiled my pocket watch.
