in bar bands and studio work) who had a range and technique on
the high notes that was amazing - and musical. He worked with
John Mayall (after the Bluesbrakers time) - name was either
Johnnie Marks or John Almond. Both those guys played with
John Mayall at the same time and I never got straight which was
which, especially buried under the hair.
