Neil (and anyone else!):
You can buy replacement rubber tips (the kind that fit on the ends of
canes, etc.) at home improvement stores like Hechinger. (I haven't seen this
stand, so I'm not sure if this is the kind of tip it needs, though!)

I had this trouble, too - the rubber feet would pop off and then the metal
legs would fall right out. I got plastic replacement tips at the hardware
store; the only drawback is they seem to be color-coded by size and the black
ones didn't fit. Might look a little weird on a concert stage, but my green
ones have never come off. - Susan
