What you just described is precisely what is available from the
WW & BW catalogue, as well as Weiner and Muncy. I own one myself.
The only caveat: consider super-gluing the little rubber feet to
the end of each respective metal tube. I had one pop off and dis-
appear, and then the clarinet leaned to that side a tiny bit as a
result. The same goes for the very nice K&M bass clarinet/bassoon
stand. Glue the rubber feet to the ends of their respective legs.
