When there's an opening in a Canadian orchestra, everyone who sends their
resume is invited. This can be explained by the smaller number of orchestras
and/or clarinetits but still, everyone gets her/his chance. 8-) They do an
all-Canadian round and if they don't find someone they like, they go
international. This also gives a chance to everyone of getting heard and of
getting audition experiences.
