Fernando Silveira asked yesterday about the market value of a Selmer Mark
VI Soprano saxophone (serial #260541).

Coincidentally, the following notice appeared today on a saxophone mailing
list offering to sell a "mint condition" Mark VI soprano (303,xxx) for
US$2400. At least it's one data point.

(FYI, three years ago I was offered over US$3,000 for my 1969-70 Mark VI
alto.)
