Dear Jonathan, I would like to imput some coments.
In Brazil the clarinet audition is quit diferent from US.
Here, allways, the orchestras must have to listen all the people.
Here we call it "public contest" and anybody can aplly for it; even he/she
don't play clarinet.
The resume is used like one of the tests(we have a confront
test[Mozart's Concerto], orchestral practice, sight reading, and resume).
The Brazilian Government prohibit it. All the people have to be the
same oportunity.
