He/she was refering to a sopranissimo in Bb, not the Eb Sopranino. There is
only one Bb sopranissimo made, created by a private citizen. It is one full
octave higher than the Bb soprano, making it's highest note Eb7(Yes above the
flutes highest C), and lowest Db5.
