Yup, sure do -- anything from a folding plastic "pack-a-stand" for about
$10 to what I have, a Blayman 4-pegger which totalled about $165.
Any large mail-order house carries these, usually with pictures or
descriptions in the catalogue. Check out Mark Charette's Clarinet web
page for retailers such as IMS, Woodwind/Brasswind, Weiner's, Muncy, etc.
I wouldn't recommend the plastic folding variety as I think they are too
easy to tip over. You really need a pretty heavy base to stand them on.
