The 4.5 is a Mitchell Lurie - and they tend to play .5 or even 1 full unit
of measure lighter than reeds such as Oleiveri, Vandoren, Glotin, etc.
Based on the Woodwind mouthpiece described and the brand of reeds, I would
guess that the set up is ok for him.
