<<2) Ok, this also is about my new mouthpiece. I have Vandoren reverse
ligature and it seems loose on the Morgan mouthpiece. When I try to switch
mouthpieces between my Bb and my A clarinet, the ligature always comes loose

that the mouthpiece comes off easily, but the ligature still slides around a
lot. Is there anything I can do ?>>

I, too, use inverted ligatures and LOVE them. It sounds as if your mouthpiece
is inordinately narrow. You might try using a reed with a thicker "vamp" (I
think that's the word for the lower part that secures against the mouthpiece.
The Vandoren V12s are thicker and some hand-made reeds are also thicker in
that area.
