If that is their attitude, they deserve to lose your business. But still,
don't check out the merchandise there and then order from the catalog. It
isn't ethical. Just do the whole thing mail order.

There you go! If these guys get it, support them, like you are doing.
Maybe the others will catch on, or go out of business because everyone is
going to your place.

Stores do the best they can, but it is not easy to find knowledgeable help
