Gee, I am ammending my own post....me thinketh me is going crazy.

I meant to say that a Music K-12 Provisional Teaching Certificate is
necessary to teach most music classes. In most cases, this certification
can only be reached by earning a music degree in music education.

Sorry for the ambiguous post earlier!
