I do understand...but it's Prop. "13."

p.s. However, the problem is much more complex than Prop. 13 which allowed me
to continue my second career as a development officer (fund-raiser) for the
Idyllwild (California) School of Music and the Arts by keeping my already high
property taxes from being tripled. Nothing is quite so black or white as it
may seem.
